Classes

Our Schwinn Z bikes are compatible with sneakers and SPD MTB cleats.

  • Cycle - 30 or 45 minute indoor cycling classes with an emphasis on power and form

  • Cycle & Core - 35 minutes of cycling and 10 minutes of abs and other core strength

  • Cycle & Lift - 30 minutes of cycling and 30 minutes of off-bike, full body strength training

  • Lift - A full body strength training workout that utilizes TRX, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, other bells,and more. Much like you would do with a personal trainer, we program this class to build on the same moves over 4 weeks (don’t worry, it doesn’t matter if you come in half way through the month!). Programmed by Shannon and taught by our incredible team of strength coaches – this class will not only make you stronger, it will teach you how to lift safely, heavy, and with good form

  • Strength Circuit - A fun, fast-paced full-body strength workout where we hit stations in small groups. Our circuits combine challenging cardio moves paired with strength training to maximize both your time and burn

  • FTP Test (aka Cycle 45 with a hard 20 min effort) - This class is oriented around a 20-minute effort that will help you determine your Power Zones. You’ll spend plenty of time getting warmed up and strategizing before working your hearts out for 20 minutes. Then we have a long cool down. Whether or not you know what FTP or Power Zones are before class, we’ll give you a great 45 minutes of cycling and the tools to get the most out of your future training.
